SSC Junior Hindi Translator Selection Process 

THE SSC JHT exam comprises of the following two papers:

Paper-1:

  1. General Hindi: 100 marks(Objective type)
  2. General English: 100 marks(Objective type)

The questions asked in these sections tests the understanding of the languages, literature, word usage, phrases and idioms, ability to write the languages correctly, precisely. The questions will be of degree level.

Paper-2:

Translation and Essay: 200 Marks (Conventional Type)

This paper comprises of two passages for translation of one passage from Hindi to English and one passage for translation from English to Hindi. It will also comprise of an Essay each in Hindi and English. This test will analyze the translation skills and their ability to write the two languages correctly, precisely.
