Explanations

We labeled the corners from 1 to 8. The persons whom are at position of 1 to 4 are  facing outside and 5 to 8 are facing inside.

E bought 23 items so E is sitting in inner square then E is sitting at 1st position. H is facing F who bought 13 items less than H. One person sits between G and H. G is not neighbor of E. Now it is confirmed that H and G are in outer square. So H can be sit at 6th, 7th and 8th position.

Case 1: If H is at 6th position :

Then F is at 2nd position and G is at 8th position. C bought 14 items. So C is in outer square. C is not facing E then C is at 7th position.

The one who faces C is 2nd to the right of B. So the one who is at 3rd position is 2nd to the right of B then B must be at 1st position but E is there so this case gets rejected.

Case 2: If H is at 8th position :

Then F is at 4th position and G is at 6th position. C bought 14 items. So C is in outer square. C is not facing E then C is at 7th position.

The one who faces C is 2nd to the right of B. So the one who is at 3rd position is 2nd to the right of B then B must be at 1st position but E is there so this case gets rejected.

Case 3: If H is at 7th position :

Then F is at 3rd position and G is at 5th position. C bought 14 items. So C is in outer square. So C can be at 6th and 8th position.

A bought 3 items less than C. Then A bought 11 items at must be in inner square. The sum of the number of items bought by A and B together is 28 then B bought (28-11)=17 items.

If C at 6th position, then B is at 4th position and D is at 8th position.

D is immediate left of the one who bought 26 items. H didn’t buy 26 items but from this cannot be possible so that is not possible.

 If C at 8th position, then B is at 2nd position and D is at 6th position and A is at 4th position. D is immediate left of the one who bought 26 items so G bought 26 items. H bought 6 more items than G then H bought 32 items. F bought 13 items less than H then F bought 19 items. D bought 1 item less than F then D bought 18 items.

Here is the final arrangement:

  1. Answer: A

H bought highest items.

Hence, option A.

  1. Answer: B

All the persons are in outer square except F.

Hence, option B.

  1. Answer: E

G is facing E.

Hence, option E.

  1. Answer: B

A bought 11 items.

Hence, option B.

  1. Answer: A

C is faces A and G is immediate left of C.

Hence, option A.

Direction (6-10)

B=1, C=2, D=3, F=4, G=5, H=6, J=7, K=8
L=1, M=2, N=3, P=4, Q=5, R=6, S=7, T=8
V=1, W=2, X=3, Y=4, Z=5

  1. Answer: D

From condition II,

Symbol→ S#mbol→7#21O1

Hence, option D.

  1. Answer: B

From condition I,
