Milk = x

Water = 60 – x

(x – (x/60 * 20))/((60 – x) – (60 – x/60) * 20 + 20) = 2/3

2x/(180 – 2x) = 2/3

360 – 4x = 6x

10x = 360

Blue balls = 55x/100 * 60/100

Yellow balls = 55x/100 * 40/100 = 44

SP when offer 10% discount = 5x * 90/100 = 9x/2

Usual speed of car = s

Usual time = t

S = 300/t

300 = (t + 1) * (s – 10)

300 = ((300/s) + 1) * (s – 10)

300s = (300 + s) * (s – 10)

300s = 300s – 3000 + s2 – 10s

S2 – 10s – 3000 = 0

S2 – 60s + 50s – 3000 = 0

S(s – 60) + 50(s – 60) = 0

(s + 50)(s – 60) = 0

s = 60 kmph.

Downstream speed = 5x + 3x = 8x

Upstream speed = 5x – 3x = 2x

160/8x + 80/2x = 12

(160 + 320)/8x = 12

x = 5 kmph

Speed of upstream = 2x = 2 * 5 = 10 kmph

Total age of class A = 18 * 20 = 360

Total age of class C = 25 * 21.6 = 540

Total ages of classes A, B and C = (20 + 30 + 25) * 18 = 1350

Total age of class B = 1350 – 360 – 540 = 450

Average age of class B = 450/30 = 15 years

Length of train B = x

Length of train A = x – 60

Speed of train A = 3y

Speed of train B = 2y

(x + x – 60) = y * 5/18 * 54

Number of ways = 4C2 * 5C+ 4C* 5C+ 4C4

= 6 * 10 + 4 * 5 + 1

= 60 + 20 + 1 = 81
