Important Note

Age relaxation restored for various categories of candidates by further extending relaxation by 2 more years.
For non-exempt candidates who have to pay Rs. 500/- as examination fees, Rs. 400/- will be refunded if they appear for the exam.
Educational Qualifications criteria for Level I will be class 10th or ITI or equivalent, again for this exam. 
Question papers to candidates will be provided in 15 languages.
Candidates can now make signature in any language instead of only in Hindi or English

Railway RRC Group D Recruitment 2021 – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for Railway RRC Group D should satisfy the eligibility criteria of educational qualification and age limit to apply for the Railway RRC Group D posts. Online Application will be quashed if the eligibility is not met by the candidates.

Educational Qualification for Railway RRC Group D:

Candidates should possess the educational qualification as follows to apply for the posts notified in RRC Group D.

  • 10th Pass / ITI from institutions recognized by NCVT / SCVT or its equivalent Or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

(OR)

  • 10th Pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT / 10th pass plus ITI from institutions recognized by NCVT / SCVT.

 

Note:

  • Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed educational/technical qualification SHOULD NOT apply.
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of Course completed Act Apprenticeship /ITI.
  • Also, Graduate Act Apprentice will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprenticeship.

Age Limit for Railway Group D:

To apply for the RRC Group D posts individuals should possess the following age limit

  • Minimum – 18 years
  • Maximum – 33 years

Pay Scale for RRC Group D:

Individuals selected for Railway RRC Group D will be receiving emoluments on monthly basis of Rs. 18,000/- added the allowances as admissible for the posts.

Selection procedure for RRC Group D:

Individuals will be selected based on their performance in the following screening process as mentioned below for the Railway RRC Group D

  • Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  • Document Verification

RRC Group D for Exam Pattern:

Computer Based Test

  • RRC Group D New Exam Pattern for the CBT has been provided below.
  • The Online Test will be conducted for 100 marks
  • The time duration of the exam will be 90 minutes.
  • 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for the wrong answer.

Railway RRC Group D – How to Apply Online:

Candidates have to apply only through online for the post mentioned in the Railway RRC Group D Recruitment. Those who are satisfying the eligibility criteria can follow the instructions to apply for the posts.

  • Scan and upload the recent passport size color photograph and signature.

 

Note :

  • The Colour passport photograph with white/light color background.
    • Photograph of size 35mmX45mm with name and date printed on it.
    • It should be in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DPI.
    • The size of the photograph should be between 20-50 KB.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST have to upload a scanned copy of their SC/ST certificates (JPG/JPEG format, 50kb – 100kb) also for availing the facility of free travel authority (Second Class Railway Pass).
  •  On submitting the Registration details, an OTP will be sent to your email and another OTP to your mobile number, verify the mobile number and email id.

 

Note:

  • The Registration number, Selected RRB, email id, and mobile number cannot be changed.
  • Click on the ‘Modify Application’ link on the home page of the Online registration portal of CEN 02/2021.
  • Login using Registration Number and Password.
  • Pay modification fee through any of the modes available for actual examination fee payment. Ensure payment is done well within the date and time prescribed.
  • After making payment, log in using Registration Number and Password, then proceed with the changes intended as per instructions are given and submit the application.
  • Please complete all stages of the application process. Preserve the print out of latest application for the record.

RRC Group D Admit Card

Individuals will be selected for Railway RRC Group D based on their satisfactory performance in the written examination. To appear for the CBT candidates need to download the admit card from the official website before 10 days or a week from the commencement of online examination. The date from the admit card for Group D Exam will available for downloading will be updated on our website. The admit card for CBT Exam and PET exam will be issued separately.

Railway Group D 2021 Result

Railway Recruitment Board will be announcing the result of Computer Based Test that has been conducted. Candidates who clear computer-based technology will be allowed for Physical Endurance Test of Railway RRC Group D Exam. The overall result will be released after the Physical Test for Men and Women has been successfully conducted by Railway RRC Group D Exam Board.
