SSC MTS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
SSC MTSÂ Eligibility criteria are the mandatory aspects SSC asks the candidate should at least fulfill in order to be eligible for filling SSC MTS Exam form and is mainly based on 3 factors, which are as follows:-
SSC MTS Eligibility – Nationality
As per SSC MTS Eligibility criteria, The Nationality qualifications for eligible candidates is as follows:
- Candidates applying for SSC MTS 2021 must be a citizen of India, either/or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee settled in India before January 1, 1962, or any person of Indian origin.
- Candidates belonging to any country other than India i.e. Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Pakistan, Burma, etc. are required to present the Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Indian Government.
SSC MTS Eligibility – Educational Qualification
As per SSC MTS Eligibility criteria, The Educational Qualification required for eligible candidates is as follows:
A candidate applying for SSC MTS 2021 is required to pass Matriculation or its equivalent Exam from a recognized State Board or University or Institute as of January 01, 2021.
- In case any candidate does not possess the qualifying examination certificate before the closing date of the application form, that candidate will not be permitted to apply for SSC MTS Exam.
SSC MTS Eligibility – Age-Limit
As per SSC MTS Eligibility criteria, The Age limit for eligible candidates is as follows:
Candidates willing to apply for SSC MTS 2021 must not be less than 18 years old and not more than 25 years old
- SSC MTS Exam Lower Age Limit-18 years
- SSC MTS Exam Upper Age Limit-25 years

SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2021
The SSC MTS Exam is conducted in 3 different levels:Â
- Paper-1(Online)
- Paper-2 (Descriptive Test)Â Â
- Paper-3 (Skill Test)
Paper-1 is an online exam that is objective multiple choice question type. Paper-2 is a pen and paper mode of examination which includes a descriptive paper in English or any other language listed in the government policies. Paper-III is a skill test that needs to be taken at per candidate’s convenience.
